Plaza Mayor
Popular since the sixteenth century, traditional form of Castilian construction and which served as the main market of the Villa for its location. Porticoed conservatories, paved floors, shields and the statue of Felipe III make the Plaza Mayor a place to pass through. From here there are several guided tours, available at the tourist information stand located in the same square.
Royal Palace
Started in the 18th century, it is one of the largest royal palaces in the world. Its rooms and rooms house frescoes and works by painters as important as Caravaggio, Goya and Velázquez.
Almudena Cathedral
Temple of Catholic worship, recently built, which began at the end of the 19th century.
Retiro
Strolling through it, paddling and having an ice cream are part of the charm of this historic park in Madrid.
